Working on Wellbeing is an employment, training and support programme, run by the disability charity Scope and Whitehead-Ross Education.

We will work with you to develop a programme around your career goals and how you can achieve them. If you are unemployed, over 16, living in Wales and have a disability whether a physical or mental health condition you can join the programme.
Working on Wellbeing will support you to:
- Understand your career goals.
- Grow in confidence, assertiveness and independence.
- Write your CV.
- Develop your interview skills.
- Find and apply for volunteering, training or employment opportunities.
- Talk about disability in the workplace.
Working on Wellbeing offers the below training:
- CSCS Training.
- Customer Service.
- Care – Various Qualifications required for the Care Sector. Includes First Aid and Level 2 Safeguarding, Manual Handling.
- Basic IT Training – Support with Microsoft Office packages.
- Employability Skills.
