We are excited to be delivering a new Traineeship programme for 16-18 year olds (up to 24 with EHCP) across Worcestershire. Delivered on behalf of Worcestershire County Council, the Traineeships programme (26 weeks in duration) will consist of the following:

• Core aim work experience within Worcestershire County Council (500 hours).
• Learners who have GCSE grade 3 or below in Maths/English will study Functional Skills.
• Development of Employability Skills (Level 1 Award) – planning for progression, CV/personal statement writing, interview skills etc.
